We are a Non-Profit/Non-Governmental Organisation founded in Abuja,Nigeria and statutorily registered with the appropriate NGO regulatory agencies such as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC). We believe in the power of collaboration and work closely with diverse professionals to achieve our mission.

OUR THEMATIC AREAS
CLIMATE CHANGE AWARENESS
Our resolve for being responsively and responsibly involved in climate change awareness creation and plausible pathways towards mitigation,throughout the length and breadth of Nigeriais unfinching. Having come to realize that an average Nigerian is unconcerned about climate change ,with many perceiving it as a hoax ,the time to embark on a “No stone unturned” sensitization project is now,catching especially the attention of the younger generation from primary through secondary school in order to:
1. Show that even kids can grasp the whole idea of climate change and begin to take responsibility from their tender ages.
2. Catch the younger generation early on in life as climate change champions.
Our passionate volunteers have commenced awareness creation visiting and tutoring pupils in selected secondary schools with a view to replicating same throughout the country ,in phases ,while gunning for an impactful outcome that will reverse the status quo.
HEALTH ENHANCEMENT
We started the journey towards intervening in the rather dwindling fortune of our health sector as a nation by launching a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)training for 20,000 staff cutting across various sectors of the economy with the goal of equipping personnel across board to carry on CPR as may be needed. Records have shown how cardiac arrest has taken productive lives dealing a dastardly blow at the productivity level of the nation. We will engage in mass sensitization of the population in the area of health emergencies.
AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT
The global Food insecurity level especially as it concerns Africa,specifically Nigeria,informed this thematic area. As a developing nation, Nigeria is currently struggling to feed her population in spite of vast expanse of arable land. T-SAT Centre organizes free training of beneficiaries in cultivation of various cash crops including cocoa to encourage and support them to contribute to feeding the nation starting with feeding themselves. We reckon that if all can till the ground to produce crops at least for subsistence then a major problem, namely hunger,is solved.
SKILLS ACQUISITION
It is no longer news that the world is moving away from mere paper/degree qualification to exhibition of skillfulness even as a means to create wealth. It gladdens our heart to place beneficiaries on training programs which will culminate in self-reliance and security of jobs for others who may want to get gainful employments after skills have been learnt.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Identification of problems needing solutions and provision of plausible ways out will not be beneficial without being schooled in becoming an entrepreneur. This area helps beneficiaries to learn the nitty-gritty of entrepreneurship such that at the end of training growing a business becomes QED.
FOOD BANK
As an immediate solution to hunger, we partner with good spirited individuals and corporate bodies to feed indigent persons who are most in need.The hungriest. No doubt this helps to alleviate poverty and give them a sense of belonging. When hunger is reduced or ‘eliminated’ beneficiaries can pursue an employment ,learn a skill or become an entrepreneur. Beneficiaries are encouraged to take advantage of our agricultural support program as a plausible way towards quickening solutions to poverty.
CARE FOR THE ELDERLY
After active service in both public and private sectors,some of our senior citizens end up being neglected hence, we look in their direction to encourage them to live healthy. These citizens can access affordable orthodox and traditional health care.
GOOD GOVERNANCE.
Good governance enhances every facet of the economy hence,we saddle ourselves with following how policies are run and how they impact the citizenry positively or otherwise. We rise up and are counted when it becomes crucial for civil societies to play their role in nation building especially during electioneering campaigns.

Our History
Total Skills Acquisition and Transformation Centre(T-SAT Centre) was founded in september of 2017 after having met the requirements of the corporate affairs commission, for the formation of a Non-Profit Organisation/Non-Goverrnmental Organisation. Subsequently, T-SAT Centre bagged the special crimes unit against money laundering (SCUML)certification.
The Executive Director
The Executive Director, Adegbuji Olayinka is a detribalized Nigerian who hails from Ile-Ife, Osun state. He has worked extensively in the development sector with government agencies and international NGOs spearheading both quantitative and qualitative researches( longitudinal and cross-sectional)with outcomes that have been used to determine thrust for national and international policies. Amongst others, he has worked with or consulted for African Population and Health Research Centre Abuja(headquartered in Nairobi Kenya),National Population Commission,Nigerian Urban Reproductive Health Initiative (NURHI) Abuja,Health Communication Capacity Collaboration(HC3) Abuja,Society for Family Health(SFH)Lagos,Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation/NURHI Abuja,TechNoserve (Solutions to poverty) Abuja,headquartered in Washington DC USA.
He is passionate about the sanity and safety of the environment/Earth,health enhancement ,agricultural support for smallholder farmers, skill acquisition projects ,entrepreneurship ,food bank for the indigent, care for the elderly and good governance.
In all,he teams up with professionals from various walks of life irrespective of religion,tribe and GENDER,to bring succour to the most vulnerable of the society.
